Free · runs in your browser · rotate and reorder together
Rotate & reorder PDF pages.
Upload a PDF and every page shows up as a thumbnail. Rotate any page 90° at a time, move pages earlier or later to reorder them, then save — nothing about your document is ever uploaded to make it happen.

How it works
Upload your PDF. Every page renders as a small thumbnail below.
Rotate or reorder any page. The rotate button turns a page 90° clockwise each click; the up/down arrows move it earlier or later in the document.
Click "Save PDF" and your browser rebuilds the file with your changes and downloads it.
Common questions
Does this keep the text selectable and searchable?
Yes — pages are copied directly from the original rather than rendered as images, the same approach used by the Merge and Split PDF tools, so text and quality carry over untouched.
Can I rotate just one page and leave the rest alone?
Yes — the rotate button only affects the page it's on. Pages you don't touch keep their original orientation.
Is there a page limit?
No fixed limit — very long PDFs just take a little longer to load thumbnails for, since each page is rendered individually in your browser.
